During our intensive curse you will learn how to act flowless and respond with confidence to all the customer service scenarios, personal questions, group exercises, English tests, psychometric tests, practice essays and final interview one-to-one examination.
The course will take place in our office in Barcelona, Spain for a duration of 2 days of 8 hours daily and will be conducted by an aviation trainer and recruiter who possesses an extensive experience of over 15 years in Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Emirates and other private jets airlines around the globe.

Addressed to existing cabin crew who desires to do the transition to private jet flying
This unique theoretical and practical classroom course is designed to teach you:
- how to act in various unforeseen situations and act gracious, discreet and well-mannered with high profile onboard VIP guests, demonstrating confidentiality and politeness
- how to prepare a private jet aircraft by taking full responsibility for interior set-ups and ambiance, service flow, catering orders, creating menus, aircraft inventory, shopping based on a budget, restocking of dry stores, spotless appearance and cleanliness of the aircraft, preflight and post flight duties
- how to prepare a catering order and menu by taking into consideration a sum of factors such as: passengers profiles and special dietary needs or allergies, duration of flight, time of departure, budget, special preferences
- how to ensure that strict high compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained by correct stowage, heating or chilling of food items appropriately
- how to organise the galley in such manner that efficiency and service flow is constantly maintained all throughout the entire journey
- how to ensure post flight duties are fulfilled, by preparing the cabin spotless for the next crew, offloading the service equipment and laundry, replenishing the dry store items, filling up the expense reports, offering feedback and updating passenger's profiles.
